Data & charging cables
USB-A, USB-C and Lightning cables from 27W to 65W PD. TPE, braided nylon and eco-jacket builds; multi-in-one designs for retail and gifting.
About
Syansky designs and produces cable assemblies in Shenzhen — consumer data and charging cables, HDMI and AV lines, power cords and wiring for energy storage systems. Own production lines, in-house QC, direct quotations.
Who we are
We started in 2010 making USB data cables for domestic phone brands. Sixteen years on, cable is still the only thing we do — but the range now runs from a 27W phone cable to high-current wiring looms that sit inside battery cabinets.
That focus shows up in the details buyers actually ask about: conductor purity and gauge that match the spec sheet, crimp heights sampled every shift, jackets that stay flexible after 10,000 bend cycles, connectors that survive the plug-unplug count they claim. A cable is the first part to fail in most devices. Our job is to build the part that doesn't.
Because we produce rather than trade, quotations come from our own cost sheets and engineering team. That means faster sampling, honest lead times, and a direct line to the people who build your product — not a forwarding chain.
Product families
Four families, one production discipline. Mixed orders ship from the same line with one inspection and one set of documents.
USB-A, USB-C and Lightning cables from 27W to 65W PD. TPE, braided nylon and eco-jacket builds; multi-in-one designs for retail and gifting.
HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 assemblies tested for 4K and 8K signal integrity, plus AUX, VGA and display cables for commercial displays and set-top devices.
AC power cords and adapters leads with national plug standards (CN, US, EU, UK, AU). Pure copper conductors, rated temperature and certified jackets.
High-current connection wires, harnesses and terminal assemblies for battery packs and ESS cabinets — engineered to the customer's drawing.
OEM / ODM
Most customisations need no new tooling. Where a mould is required, you get the tooling cost quoted up front — no surprises after sampling.
Laser engraving, silk screen, UV print and 1C–4C pad printing on connectors and jackets. PMS matching against a physical chip, not a screen.
TPE, PVC, braided nylon or eco-friendly jackets in any Pantone shade. Soft-touch and matte finishes; texture and hardness tuned to the use case.
Length, wire gauge, conductor type, shielding, connector mix, power rating and data speed — changed without a new mould in most cases.
CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA files for consumer lines; UL and VW-1 flame ratings for power and storage cables. Market-specific requirements flagged before quoting.
Colour box, blister, window box, manual and barcode. Artwork prepared or adapted from your template — proofs approved before print.
Send a drawing, a sample cable or a BOM and we engineer to it — typical development cycle 30–60 days including tooling and approval samples.
Quality control
Each stage produces a record that goes into your file. If something goes wrong, you see where it happened — and what we did about it.
Ask for a sample reportCopper wire, connectors and jacket compounds checked against the approved BOM. Conductor resistance sampled on every batch.
First-article approval, then spot checks at 30% and 70% of the run — crimp height, pull force, jacket concentricity and appearance.
Every cable tested for continuity, insulation and rated current before packing. Charging cables verified for protocol handshake and wattage.
Bend-cycle and salt-spray samples pulled per lot, carton count and barcode scan, drop test on the outer. Photo and video report before the forwarder collects.
Send a drawing, a competitor link or the cable you are using now. You get unit price, tooling cost, lead time and the certification list within one working day.
